You can even form your thoughts into a question such as "How will this work?". Then wait patiently for the answer. Practicing mediation, yoga, or a form of exercise will help with this.
When your thinking becomes habitually positive, something that will happen over time with practice, a momentum of success will follow. You'll also take more risks. Risk-taking in business can reap great rewards, but you need the confidence of positive thinking to carry you through to the finish line. The more your thoughts are in tune with abundance and prosperity, the more you will draw these things into your business and life.
How to Start Thinking Positively
One way to train your mind to think positively is to listen to positive affirmations daily, just before going to sleep and first thing when you wake up. During these times, your brain is in its theta state, the same state as a child, and, therefore, highly susceptible to suggestions. Using headphones, listen to positive affirmations that will help in any area of your life and business, such as affirmations for attracting wealth and success.
Focus, determination, and grit will only get you so far without the right frame of mind to add to the mix. It's like the secret ingredient that makes every success taste better. By observing your thoughts, practicing positive thinking, and using techniques like mediation and positive affirmations, success will have no choice but to follow.
